Preferred 5 plus years tailoring experience in a retail or customer-service environment
Strong working knowledge of garment construction for both men’s and women's apparel
Ability to perform high quality workmanship by both hand and machine
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent English proficiency is preferred, but not required.
Strong attention to detail Responsibilities
Performs alterations on clients' high-end garments on a timely basis
Delivers professionally finished garments on a consistent basis
Demonstrates knowledge of fabrics, standard tailoring concepts, and quality workmanship for both men and women garments
Performs alterations on all submitted garments
Completes altered garments in a timely manner to meet customer delivery date
Ensures finished garments are client-ready by pressing and removing threads
Interacts with sales professionals and clients with professionalism & as a team
